Do you love your fear?
Do you love your fear?
What if the only way to overcome fear is to love it?
What does it even mean? How can I love something that I want to go as far away from as possible? Loving your fear means to stop resisting it, allow yourself to feel it, dive into the core of it and give yourself to it; give all of yourself to your fear, merge with it, become one with it. Your fear is a part of you; it is you! So how can you not love a part of you even if it makes you feel so very uncomfortable. Surrender yourself to your fear without any expectations…just be and observe how your resistances lay down their arms and suddenly all the power that your fear had over you starts to ease into a completely different feeling; suddenly there is beauty because whenever we cease to fight within ourselves; when we cease to judge and have expectations of ourselves, we enter a state of being where we just are what we are and we feel what we feel…and we are in the frequency of Universal Beauty where there is true Peace and Serenity.
Sometimes what we fear the most is part of us. We could call it the beast inside of us: the reason why I do not deserve beauty, why nobody will eventually truly love me. So I hate it, I hate this part of me, I fight it, I fear it with all my being because I have been taught that I can only defeat the beast by killing it, destroying everything that it represents, going as far away from it as possible. What we forgot is that you can only kill what is ready to die and be reborn – the beast cannot disappear, it can only transform. And what biggest power of transformation is there than LOVE?!
To love your inner beast means respecting it and the information it holds, love it by allowing it to be not because you want to change it, but because it is a treasure of information that makes your soul so much richer. And the richer your soul is in information and experience the easier it is for You to be able to Choose: if you do not know and love your inner beast you cannot have the power to choose what to be.
I love and honor my Inner Beast for it has taught me the most wonderful lesson on how to Choose and Live Beauty.
Thank you,
Lien
